Lorinda is a New York Artist and believes that adding color to your meals, is one of the best ways to insure that you are getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need.

  • PURPLE has the most antioxidants of all colors which helps prevent cancer & disease, reduces the signs of ageing, & improves memory
  • RED improves blood pressure, builds strong cells, & protects you from UV rays
  • ORANGE helps to prevents cancer, heart disease, infections, & helps maintain healthy eyes and skin
  • YELLOW helps to reduces inflammation, prevents allergies, fights free radicals (they cause age related illness) & strengthens the collagen in your skin
  • GREEN is a blood purifier that supports the liver and kidneys which detoxify the body

*It's amazing how color in your food can do so many incredible things for your body*

Lorinda's crepe recipe ties in the vibrant fall colors by using squash, cranberries and rosemary. This recipe has 4 of the 5 colors, simple to make and is a perfect match for a quick, delicious and healthy lunch! Hope you enjoyed it as much as we all did in DC!
