Her Story

Hi, I’m Brittany Marie. I’m a trauma-informed healer, embodied feminine guide, athlete, and survivor, and the founder of the Breaking Cycles Project, which raises awareness for addiction and domestic violence. I believe being human is sacred, messy, hilarious, and absolutely worth celebrating. I help people reconnect to their bodies through movement, breath, nervous system healing, ritual, and creativity so they can feel safe, alive, and truly at home within themselves. In simple terms, I help humans feel alive again.

I’m serious about healing… and also a total goofball who loves dancing, crystals, incense, cycling, handmade ceramics, and cats, yes, cats! I believe play belongs in healing, laughter belongs in recovery, and joy is a form of rebellion. That same philosophy flows into my creative work as well, like the Be.Collection, a line of ceramics and apothecary pieces made with intention, creativity, and heart.

My work lives where softness meets strength, where humor meets wisdom, and where healing is allowed to be honest, expressive, tender, playful, and real.

If you’re here to heal, reclaim, expand, or simply be your whole self, welcome. You’re in the right place.

BE.COLLECTION

Each ceramic piece is handcrafted in the USA using Grolleg porcelain. Some carry the delicate imprint of vintage lace from around the world; others are bold, uplifting, whimsical, or personally inspired. Whether it’s wall art, altar pieces, incense holders, or custom creations, each piece carries spirit and story.

Our apothecary line is made with organic ingredients and energized crystals, each product crafted with intention and made with heart. These offerings are designed to support your healing, your energy, and your daily ritual.

20% of all sales help fund the Breaking Cycles Project and its mission, putting real support into real action.

Healing in Connection

I offer practices that support the body, heart, and nervous system through movement, breath, sound, ritual, and creativity. My work isn’t about performing spirituality or getting it “right,” but about returning to what feels real and safe in your body.

You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or “good at healing.” You just have to show up, as you are, as yourself. I share tools that helped me, lived and human practices that bring us back into presence, safety, and self-trust. We heal with each other, not at each other.

Sometimes we move.
Sometimes we breathe.
Sometimes we sit in honest conversation, make incense, or set intentions.

Whatever form it takes, the intention is the same: to help you come home to your body, your voice, and your truth.

Breaking Cycles 2:

European Edition

I’m cycling from Portugal to Turkey for every person who was ever told to “stay silent,” to “keep the peace,” or to “hide the truth.” This ride stands for survivors, for recovery warriors, for those rediscovering their voice, and for those still trying to find it. Together we can break cycles of abuse and addiction. Let’s break the silence, end the stigma, and support a future where people feel safe in their bodies and in their homes.
