Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra. This 75 minute class helps us move deep into our body focusing on our connective tissues.
Each supported pose will be held for 3-5 minutes, working along the meridians to purify the body, while helping to increase flexibility to joints and ligaments. The class will end with Yoga Nidra, known as the yogic sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
