RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES


 

RETURN & EXCHANGE: Returns are accepted within 7 days after the tracking number states your package has been delivered. The product must be returned in its original condition. Original condition is considered free from wear or in any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.  

Customers will pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please notify Brittany Marie via email that your package is being returned and please include a tracking number. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:  No returns on custom orders. Custom orders are final sale.  All special orders, custom pieces and skin care products are considered, FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

CUSTOMER RETURNS: The Brittany Marie Collection assumes no responsibility for any damage caused once the product leaves the store. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged, and because of this we highly recommend insuring the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All products are sold in “As Is” condition. We make no warranties and disclaim any other warranties, express or implied, oral or written, by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability.
