Brittany Marie (also known as, Britt, Bee, Brituney - thanks mother) but what's in a name?!

I used to believe my path was defined by competition, speed, and endurance. As a former D1 athlete, I knew the thrill of pushing the body to its limits. Later, life asked me to slow down and to listen, to heal, and to feel.

I have walked through trauma and relationship abuse, the kind that silences the voice, confuses the heart, and disconnects you from your own body. Healing from that has been one of the deepest journeys of my life, one that brought me back into myself, into my intuition, and into my own power.

In the wake of both physical injury and emotional wounding, I discovered something deeper than strength: the sacred intelligence of the body. Yoga was not just rehabilitation; it was revelation. Breath. Bones. Breath. Bones. I walked back into myself not just healed but awakened.

Since I have journeyed across continents on foot, on bike, and in meditation. I have studied somatic healing, Ayurvedic lifestyle, trauma-sensitive yoga, breathwork, and energy work. I have sat with healers, mystics, and teachers of the body, mind, and soul. I have learned that healing is not linear. It is cyclical. It spirals, softens, resurfaces, and transforms.

Today, I call myself many things: yogi, healer, athlete, traveler, priestess of embodied feminine energy, and a woman who refused to disappear. Above all, I call myself a human in continual becoming.

I believe women are meant to be whole: strong and soft, sexual and sacred, mystical and grounded, wild and wise. I believe in reclaiming sensuality as innocence rather than shame. I believe that a radiant woman is never too much; she is simply herself.

My mission is to help others remember their bodies, to remember their voices, to remember their worth, and to understand that survival is not the final chapter. It is the doorway into awakening.

I am here to give people a place to rest, a place to be heard, a space where stories are spoken rather than swallowed, where tears are welcome, and where nervous systems recognize safety once again.

I am working toward creating a Sanctuary, a safe and soulful haven for those healing from trauma, heartbreak, abuse, addiction, and exhaustion. A place of breath, belonging, gentle return, and genuine self-reconnection. A place where softness is honored, where boundaries are respected, and where resilience grows through warmth and compassion.

Healing is not just recovery. It is learning to feel safe in your own skin again. It is learning to love yourself fully. It is becoming whole and stepping into who you were always meant to be.

Whether I am cycling across a continent or guiding a breath session, I move with integrity, heart, and presence. I believe in sisterhood, reconnection, resilience woven with tenderness, and community built through honesty and authenticity.

If you came here seeking healing, remembrance, or simply recognition, you are welcome. You are held. You are seen. You deserve rest, love, and wholeness.

I’m Brittany Marie (Bee)
Still riding. Still learning. Still healing. Still becoming.
