Mommy & Me is a great way to connect with your newborn on a whole new level. While getting back into the rhythm of your own body. Feel connected and safe while embarking on this wonderful new adventure of motherhood. 

Please note: this workshop is also open to fathers, caregivers and other family members. This unique space is open for all to be themselves and be in a safe environment to learn, feel connected and grow. My favorite part about this workshop are the friendships that are made and the connection between friends, family members and the newest member of their growing family!
