Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement into and out of poses (asanas) to the breath (pranayama) and flows smoothly between different poses in a kind of “dance”. Vinyasa classes build strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Various levels of difficulty are offered and some classes will be held in heated rooms (check our schedule). Each teacher will set their class to music of their choice and infuse the instruction with their own unique style, creative sequencing, and personality.
Level 1: Appropriate for beginners with some yoga experience.
Level 1-2: A class that will offer modifications for beginners and challenge those with more experience.
Level 2-3: A challenging vinyasa flow, held in a heated room, appropriate for experienced yogis.
