Breaking Cycles: Europe 2026
Riding to End Silence and Restore Power

This ride is dedicated to raise awareness for addiction, domestic violence, and the silent wounds that live inside the body.

In the summer of 2026, I will cycle from Portugal to Turkey as a solo female rider to bring awareness to domestic violence and addiction. This is not a quiet campaign or a sad charity effort. This is movement as message, body as microphone, visibility as resistance.

I am riding for the ones who had to stay silent to survive. The ones who learned to shrink, to hide, to freeze, to endure. The ones who held their truth inside their bones until they were strong enough to speak it.

I am riding for survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner abuse, for those recovering from addiction, for anyone rebuilding their lives after someone or something tried to break them.

Healing is not linear. It is raw, tender, messy, sometimes hilarious, sometimes devastating. It looks like crying in the car, then laughing in the kitchen. It looks like shaking hands and pounding heart, but showing up anyway. It looks like whispering “I’m still here” and eventually roaring “I am done being small.”

This ride is not about perfection or having all the answers. I’m not riding because I’m fully healed. I’m riding because I refuse to let pain write the ending of my story.

Along the way, I’ll share moments of truth, reflections, conversations, and real human experiences. Not curated. Not polished. Real.

This journey is also laying groundwork for the Sanctuary project, a future healing refuge for those recovering from trauma, heartbreak, abuse, and burnout. A place of breath, safety, laughter, community, and rebuilding. A place of softness and strength. A place to come home to yourself.

Your support helps with food, gear, lodging, documentation, and outreach, and it helps put real momentum behind this movement of awareness and healing.

Thank you for backing this ride with belief, compassion, humor, and love. Your support puts miles beneath my wheels and fire behind my voice.
