Join us, Saturday, April 14th & 21st for a fun filled workshop that leads you into the world of Ayurveda. In this workshop you will discover the fundamentals of Ayurveda, known as the “Science of Life.”

Ayurveda is holistic and its methods teach us how to create harmony between our body, mind, and spirit. Maintaining balance is key which helps prevents illness, treat acute conditions, and contributes to a long and healthy life.
The workshop will be a balance of lecture, experiential practices, and group work. Together we will be tasting food and herbs, making aromatherapy blends, learning daily morning routines, self-massage techniques, engage in yoga for your dosha. While taking home unique recipes and a new mindset that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
