Fundraiser: 108 Sun Salutations - Vital Vinyasa

Vital Vinyasa will be hosting a donation based class that is dedicated to The Breaking Cycles Project by flowing through 108 Sun Salutations.

Why 108 Sun Salutations? Sun Salutations activate stuck energy, help you move through it, and ultimately let go of things that no longer serve you. Releasing negative energy is an important step on the path to happiness, and this practice will show you that you have the power to release anything holding you back. 

108 is also a very holy number. Renowned mathematicians of Vedic culture viewed 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence. This number also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth: The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters. Such phenomena have given rise to many examples of ritual significance. 

So join us on this journey of Breaking Cycles and help us break stuck energy and release what no longer serves us by helping support a wonderful cause!
